The Art of Going MIA (and How It Brings You Back Home)

Here’s the thing:
There are moments in life you don’t share with the world — not because they aren’t beautiful, but because they’re too beautiful.
Sacred. Untouchable.
Moments that are meant to be absorbed into every cell of your being, not broadcast for likes.
Somewhere along the way, we were sold the lie that we have to be visible to be seen.
That our worth lives in our online presence.
That if we’re not posting, we’re invisible.
That to be ON is to be alive.
I call bullsh*t.
Your presence is your frequency.
And your frequency doesn’t need Wi-Fi.
In fact — some of the deepest, most profound insights hit you in the quiet.
In the pause.
In the moments you disappear from the noise and reappear to yourself.
That’s where the MIA Method comes in.
MIA: Master Intuitive Action.
It’s my way of living, and it’s not for the faint of heart.
Because before you can act, you have to listen.
Really listen.
And that means confronting the parts of yourself you’ve been too busy to hear.

From Spain to Burnout
Okay guys, here it comes.
So, there I was in Spain, living the dream — in a beautiful country, traveling a lot while house-hunting, running my business, looking after animals, teaching German lessons. On the outside, it looked incredible.
But on the inside? I was so busy that I wasn’t really enjoying my surroundings, not truly embracing where I was.
Even with my daily non-negotiable practices of tuning in, I still couldn’t go really, really deep. My intuition kept whispering: Slow down. Something wants to emerge.
The Dream That Changed Everything
And then… I had a dream.
A medicine woman appeared, surrounded by this powerful green healing energy, calling me to Bali.
At the time, I didn’t share this with many people, but my body was going through its own initiation. I had my period for over two months straight. My body was depleted, exhausted, inflamed. I was constantly tired. Something had to change — but I had no idea what or how.

Saying Yes to the Call
Bali was not the plan.
I wasn’t going to leave Spain in the middle of summer — I love the long, hot days, the sun, the warmth.
And yet, the calling was so strong, and the synchronicities kept piling up until I knew: I have to go.
Two weeks later, I booked the flight.
Now I’m here, in this energy grid that feels so alive, so high, so deeply healing. And I can feel myself being pulled inward, layer by layer.
The Hardest Part: Surrender
The truth? I’m not 100% clear yet on what’s next. I feel like I’m staring at a blank page. But instead of forcing it, I’m surrendering.
And for me, that’s the hardest part.
Taking action? Easy. I’ve been conditioned in the masculine way of doing.
Letting go, surrendering, allowing? That’s the edge.
But this — this is Master Intuitive Action. It’s not just listening to intuition, it’s acting on it, even when it makes no logical sense.
Yes, I’m afraid. Yes, it feels uncertain. But I’m here.
I trust my soul’s guidance more than my fear.
And every time I do, the next piece reveals itself.
Your Activation
So here’s what I want you to feel into:
✨ What are you afraid of if you stop performing?
✨ What dream have you parked in the back of your mind for “later”?
✨ What intuitive nudge have you been ignoring because it doesn’t make sense right now?
Do it.
Because trust is built in the doing, not the overthinking.
The MIA Method isn’t just a practice.
It’s a revolution — one quiet, unapologetic, soul-powered step at a time.
This is your permission slip to stop performing, start listening, and move like the world you’re here to create already exists.
Your life isn’t waiting for you to be “ready.”
It’s waiting for you to be real.
See you on the other side of that leap.
With love, fire, and unapologetic truth,
Mia 🔥✨
