Your Body is the Vessel— Stop Treating it Like a Trash Can

Wow, where to even start? Your body. This magnificent, miraculous, high-tech spaceship of a vessel that carries you through this lifetime. It’s the bridge between Source energy and Earth—the ultimate conduit between the unseen and the physical.
But let’s be real: if your body is clogged up—stuffed with toxic food, stagnant energy, unresolved trauma, or emotional baggage heavier than a suitcase packed for a year-long trip—you’re not going to receive clear information. Period.
Think of your body like a WiFi router. If the signal is jammed with interference (junk food, stress, unprocessed emotions, or that toxic friend you still haven’t blocked), then guess what? You’re only getting a weak, glitchy connection.
When you are full of sh*t (literally and energetically), you cannot receive downloads, insights, or guidance clearly. The wisdom is there, waiting. But your vessel has to be clean, clear, and strong enough to hold it.
Your Body Reflects Your Identity Upgrade
Here’s the kicker: when you shift into a new identity—when you upgrade your energy, clear old patterns, and level up—your body does the same.
I used to treat my body like a machine—pushing through exhaustion, ignoring pain, overriding hunger cues, and expecting it to just perform. But that mindset was a disservice. Over time, I realized my body wasn’t a machine. It’s a temple. And I had to start treating it like one.

Tuning Into Your Unique Rhythm
It took me years to understand my own cycles, and honestly? It’s an ever-unfolding journey.
You don’t have to fit into someone else’s template. What works for one person might be totally wrong for you.
Each cycle of your life requires different things. Some phases demand intensity and fire, others require softness and surrender.
Your nervous system dictates how well you absorb, assimilate, and digest food. If you’re in fight-or-flight all the time, your body can’t process nutrients properly. No amount of green juice will fix that.
Your Body Holds Trauma (Until You Move It)
Let’s talk about the reality of stored trauma. If you don’t process emotions, they don’t just disappear. They get lodged in your tissues, waiting for the right trigger to erupt. And if ignored for too long? They manifest as illness, chronic pain, or a general state of feeling “off.”
Ever walked away from a conversation with someone and felt physically sick? Or entered a certain city and suddenly wanted to curl up and sleep for a week? That’s not random. Your body is a sponge—it absorbs energy just as much as it absorbs nutrients.
Here’s how I know this to be true, firsthand:
When I worked in corporate, I often felt nauseous, foggy, and drained—but I hadn’t eaten anything “bad.”
After 30 minutes of running in nature? Poof. It was gone.
I’ve entered certain cities and felt like my energy was being sucked out of me—like I was moving through molasses. But after a few hours in the mountains? Completely reborn.
My spirit was soaring, but my body still had to process the debris of whatever energetic wave just hit. That’s real.

Your Body Speaks—Are You Listening?
Most people override their body’s signals. They pop a pill, push through the fatigue, suppress the symptoms, and keep grinding. But your body is always communicating. The question is:
Are you listening?
That exhaustion might not be because you “didn’t sleep well.” It could be an energetic shift integrating.
That gut issue might not be about food—it could be an emotional wound resurfacing.
That back pain might not be from bad posture but from the weight of something (or someone) you’re carrying.
When you start listening to your body, working with it instead of against it, and honoring its unique rhythm, everything shifts.
And guess what? Along the way, you start loving your body. Not because it looks a certain way, but because you finally understand it. You stop fighting it. You stop forcing it. And through that, you become stronger than ever before.
For All My Athletes Out There—This Isn’t About Getting Soft
Now, before anyone starts rolling their eyes thinking, “Oh great, another ‘listen to your body’ talk that means I should just sit on the couch and breathe deeply”—NO. This is not about getting soft.
This is about becoming stronger than ever before.
When you work with your body instead of against it, you:
Recover faster.
Train harder.
Adapt better.
Gain real endurance—physically, mentally, and energetically.
Strength isn’t just about lifting heavier or pushing past pain. It’s about resilience. Adaptability. Longevity.
Something Big Is Coming…

I’ve been integrating all of this—everything I’ve learned from my own journey, from sports science to energy work to nervous system regulation—and I’ve created something powerful.
A new program that will help you:
Tune into the unique needs of your body.
Understand your cycles and rhythms.
Work with your nervous system for maximum strength and performance.
Clear energetic debris so your body can actually thrive.
This is for you whether you’re an athlete, a high performer, or just someone who wants to finally feel at home in their body.
I can’t wait to share more—stay tuned!
