Create Your Own Blueprint ✨

I had a powerful insight today that I want to share with you. For so long, I was guided by mentors and coaches. Especially when I stepped fully into entrepreneurship, letting go of any “safety net” job and choosing to walk this path with nothing familiar around me anymore. I had just left my relationship, left my country, left my boxing team — everything I knew was gone. Life felt like a complete 180 (actually, more like a full 360).
Of course, I was open to being coached. I wanted to learn from those who had walked the path before me. One mentor in particular had been in entrepreneurship for a decade, came from rock bottom, rebuilt everything, and had results I thought I wanted. So I did what any good student would do: I followed the teachings.
But here’s the thing — at the time, I didn’t know how to discern whether what I was experiencing was growth discomfort (the natural pain of upleveling) or misalignment (a strategy that simply wasn’t right for me). I doubted myself constantly. Every time I resisted something, I told myself: “Come on, Mia, stop being so difficult. Just push through.” And when the mentor echoed that same sentiment, I felt like a total failure.
Nothing seemed to work. Nothing felt right. And yet I kept trying.
But let me tell you something — I know what it means to get uncomfortable. I’ve been an athlete since I was three years old. I’ve pushed through blood, sweat, exhaustion, injuries, setbacks. I know the difference between discomfort and avoidance. This was different. This was my body screaming: This is not your way.
The Blueprint Myth
This is where the illusion of “blueprints” comes in. So many programs, coaches, and entrepreneurs out there sell blueprints.
A step-by-step plan to become successful. To make millions. To get healthy. To finally “arrive.” And here’s the truth:
That blueprint works — but it works for them.
It will not work 100% for you.
Because you are not them. You carry different memories in your nervous system. You have different rhythms, different cycles, different karmic and ancestral imprints. You bring in a unique frequency that cannot be duplicated.
So when you try to force yourself into someone else’s exact blueprint, you will feel resistance. You will feel like something is off. You may even feel like you’re failing. I know that feeling well. I lived it for years.
The Real Work
The greatest coaches don’t hand you their blueprint. They hold the space for you to create your own. They teach you how to trust yourself. How to tune into your body.
How to know the difference between fear and intuition, between growth pain and misalignment. Because your soul already carries your blueprint. You just need the courage and the space to listen. Yes, you’ll borrow ingredients along the way. You’ll pick up strategies and spices from different mentors, you’ll try things on, you’ll integrate what feels good. But the recipe is yours to create. Always.
What I Learned Looking Back
I once invested in a program that cost me 20k. At the time, I thought the program itself would be the breakthrough. And yes, I learned a lot from it. But the biggest teaching wasn’t the content — it was what happened alongside it.
It forced me to learn discernment.
It taught me to feel, in my body, the difference between “this is just uncomfortable because I’m growing” and “this is out of alignment with my soul.”
And that lesson was worth every cent.
My Invitation to You
So if you’re navigating this right now — remember this:
✨ You are not failing.
✨ You don’t need someone else’s exact blueprint.
✨ You can trust your body to show you what’s aligned.
And yes, you’ll only learn the difference by daring to get uncomfortable, by showing up every day in some shape or form. That’s how you build your own blueprint. That’s how you create a business, a life, a path that is truly yours.
Not a copy.
Not a template.
A living, breathing reflection of your soul.
With love,
Mia 🌸
