Vietnam — A Hidden Gem I Didn’t Know I Needed

Wow… what a journey.

You know when you realize you were meant to be somewhere, even though it was never part of your “plan”? That’s exactly how I feel about Vietnam. I always thought maybe one day I’d come here — but not now, not like this. And yet, the divine had other plans. Looking back, I can see it so clearly: I needed to be here.

After a week in Ho Chi Minh City — which was amazing and definitely gave me what I needed — I felt this deep pull to return to nature, to reconnect. My soul was whispering, go to the sea. So, I listened. I followed the nudge, packed my things, and took the ferry to a beachside city called Vũng Tàu.

Even the ferry ride felt different. The energy — expansive yet grounding — it had this beautiful balance of dynamism and calm. I could already feel something shifting.

And then came the first morning.

Spirit woke me up at 2:30 a.m. — no alarm needed. I just knew: it’s time. I walked to the beach before sunrise, and what I saw there completely moved me. All along the shore, people of every age were stretching, breathing, moving their bodies in rhythm with the rising sun. It honestly looked like the Olympics of life — so alive, so vibrant.

The elderly, the young, everyone in flow. Some doing yoga, others walking in the water, all connected to the elements. It was sacred and ordinary all at once. Pure embodiment.

And I thought: this is it. This is why I’m here.

Their way of life mirrors what I value so deeply — connection with nature, presence, devotion to the body, spirit, and movement. It’s no wonder I feel so alive here.

Even as I write this, I’m sitting in the early morning sun — it’s 7 a.m., I’ve just finished my meditation and yoga practice. The sea breeze is soft, my mind is still, and the creative downloads are flowing. These are the moments I live for — when inspiration moves through me so naturally, when I feel completely aligned with who I am.

And that’s what I want to share with you:We all have different places, different rhythms that awaken us. Sometimes, it’s not about choosing where to go — it’s about listening to where your soul is being called.

This week, I’ve heard the same thing over and over:“You’re so brave.”“You’re so courageous.”“I wish I could live like that.”

And every time, I smile — because I forget. I forget how much courage it really takes to live this way. To constantly let go. To trust the unknown again and again.

But here’s the truth — there’s no difference between you and me.You can do it too.The only difference is, I jump. I take the leap before I know what’s on the other side. And yes, sometimes I wish I’d think a little more before I leap (haha), but honestly — this is how I thrive. Trial and error. Flow and trust. It’s just who I am.

And if there’s one thing I’ve learned again here in Vietnam, it’s this:Whatever it is you want — it’s already there, waiting for you.All you have to do is say yes.

✨ Activation for You

This is your reminder: You can only ever know if something is for you by experiencing it. No amount of thinking, planning, or waiting will ever replace that moment of truth when you leap.

So trust yourself. Trust your timing. Trust your inner guidance — it already knows.

Take the leap. The universe always meets you midair

So here’s to new places, divine detours, and the magic that unfolds when you listen to your soul’s whispers.
